We are a British Personal Training company who have been operating in Dubai for the past 5 years.

In that time, we've helped hundreds of clients across Dubai achieve amazing results through our programs.

BUILD & BURN

Designed to build muscle and burn fat.

Sessions blend strength, cardio and bodyweight exercises in an interval format to encourage the body to burn fat and build muscle. Learn correct techniques and improve your fitness, strength, posture and core strength.

BOXFIT

Learn the correct techniques while improving your fitness and burning fat. Boxing improves your speed, coordination, balance, stamina and skills. Boxing is a great way to punch away the calories, relieve stress and learn new skills.

PRE & POST NATAL***

Did you know all pre and post natal clients require specialised training? Programs are designed to limit weight gain during pregnancy and speed up recovery after giving birth. Focusing around abdominal recovery, posture correction and regaining strength.

FULL NUTRITION PLAN

Nutrition is 80% of your results, this is the area that most people struggle with. So we've included a full nutrition plan with all of our programs. No fad dieting, no quick fixes, this plan has been proven time and time again to get our clients results.

PROGRESS TRACKING

To ensure you are on the right path, we do weekly progress tracking. This way we can make any adjustments along the way to ensure you're seeing results.
