Born and bred in London, Rick boasts a ten year career as a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher working with some of the biggest artists in the world.
Names including Lady Gaga, Kelly Rowland, Snoop Dogg, Take That, Peter Andre, Petshop Boys, Olly Murs, SugarBabes, Eliza Doolittle, Heavy D and LaToya Jackson.
Performing on shows such as X-Factor, Brit Awards, Britains Got Talent, Strictly Come Dancing, The Royal Variety, Rick was also original cast of Thriller Live which includes, UK tour, World Tour and Westend.
Having previously worked with Michael Jackson's choreographers Lavelle Smith Jr and Frank Gatson, Rick performed alongside MJ's very own dancers at the tribute concert Michael Forever.
Rick has travelled the world in his career, visiting over 50 countries and has been featured in music videos, tv shows, films, commercials, magazines and billboards.
Being involved in sports from a young age, Rick has always been involved in fitness and has played a huge role throughout his career.
This was demonstrated when Rick was hand selected to become a presenter and choreographer of best selling UK Fitness DVD "Now Thats What I Call Fitness".
With a CVQ Level 3 in Advanced Personal Training, Rick has over 15 years of experience in fitness and is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
He is renowned for being a positive motivator and prides himself on being able to help people reach their true potential.
With an extensive knowledge of all aspects of fitness, from resistance training to cardiovascular work to nutrition and dieting, Rick is will help you reach your true potential.
Originally from London, Roberta trained at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts in the UK.
Boasting a ten year career as a dancer, teacher & choreographer, Roberta has performed all over the world.
From fashion shows, music videos to commercials and modeling campaigns.
In 2009 Roberta moved to the UAE where she continued her successful career, working for brands such as Nike, Converse, Juicy Couture, Gucci, Harvey Nicholas and Saks 5th Avenue. Also assisting on large scale projects including the Dubai World Cup Closing Ceremony, Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Oil Barons Ball.
Having trained in all forms of dance from ballet to contemporary, Roberta made the natural progression into fitness. Using her knowledge, experience and training, Roberta has become one of the most sort after trainers in Dubai.
With a CVQ Level 3 in Advanced Personal Training and a CVQ Level 3 in Pre & Post Natal Fitness, Roberta specialises in womens fitness.
Roberta’s aim now is to help all types of women achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their previous experience or lifestyle challenges.
From a complete beginner to fitness fanatic, she is able to bring the gym to you. Roberta believes in a results based approach, creating tailor made plans alongside her clients to help then achieve their goals.
Her fun, friendly and supportive approach means you can make the changes to a healthier lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed or embarrassed. Originally from London, Jo boasts an impressive 10 year career as a professional dancer.
Training in styles such as ballet, contemporary and jazz, Jo completed her professional dance training and began her career as a dancer.
After travelling the world working as a dancer. Jo eventually settled in Dubai.
During her career, Jo qualified in Exercise to Music and taught a variety of classes such as aerobics, HIIT and body conditioning.
Having practiced yoga since she was 14, Jo made the natural transition to becoming a fully qualified yoga instructor and meditation coach.
With wealth of experience in so many different areas of health and fitness, Jo's knowledge of the anatomy means her clients excel in achieving their goals.
Jo loves to incorporate pranayama’s and relaxation mediation techniques into her sessions having experienced first hand of the benefits.
Jo believes in finding long term solutions to helping her clients achieve their goals.
Jo tailor's her sessions for her clients to suit their abilities and limitations.

Originally from Essex, England Louie has always been intrigued with ways in which he can improve himself from a physical perspective in multi-disciplines. This enabled him to become highly successful junior athlete which included trails for the Great Britain cross country team and representing Essex county in national boxing tournaments.
The sport of boxing highly influenced his decision to become a personal trainer as well as a strength and conditioning coach. During his time as a boxer, Louie strived for consistency by following a periodised training program along with a strict high protein diet. In turn this allowed him to be in peak physical condition for fight night.
Since becoming qualified as a boxing coach and fitness instructor in 2015, Louie has been sharing his vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition to a variety of clients. Ranging from those who have never exercised before to professional athletes.
Louie truly is a student of health and fitness and furthered his knowledge at the University of Essex where he studied for a Sports and Exercise Science Degree. Louie graduated with a first class honours degree (Bsc) and had the option to publish his outstanding dissertation research project.
With the knowledge and experience gained Louie employs a scientific and results-based approach to training. He has a ‘best version of yourself’ approach to fitness and believes this can be achieved with the correct mindset and a clear goal.
