With the recent closure of all major services in the UAE, I have launched our online follow along workouts.

           I signed up for the 30 day challenge in May.  I was a little scared at the thought of a bootcamp at first but I needed to get back into a healthier lifestyle.

Before I had even completed the first 30 days I was motivated and excited to sign up again. I have now completed 3 months and won't be stopping. I have lost weight and inches and I have gained strength and confidence.
