We have also redesigned all of our workouts for your safety.
Allowing you to maintain a 2 meter distance between participants with fully sanitised equipment before use.
Our workouts are now only 30 minutes,
this means more efficiency, less rest time and more challenging workouts.

We pride ourselves on having workouts that designed for all fitness levels.
Each exercise has 3 different levels, you simply choose the level of exercise to suit your ability and workout at your own pace.
There's no pressure to keep up with anyone else, the workout can be adapted for beginners to advanced.
Absolute beginner? No problem, our trainer will take your through the workouts, explaining correct technique and providing modifications to suit you.

Is 30 minutes enough time to exercise?
It's not about how long you exercise for, it's about what you do within the time.
Our workouts are designed to hit all the muscles in our body with less rest time. This helps us build muscle, burn fat and increase fitness levels.
So you are doing more work in a shorter time frame. These workouts are just as if not more effective than a lot of workouts available.
You will be shocked at the amazing results you can achieve.
I'm a complete beginner, will this be suitable?
The boot camp was designed for absolute beginners. We take you from no experience at all, to feeling confident to exercise with a positive and non judgemental environment. As time goes on, our boot campers have got fitter and fitter so we have in turn, added more weights and included more challenging exercises as you progress.
When we demonstrate an exercise we will give you 3 options; beginners/intermediate/advanced version. It's entirely up to each boot camper which level they will choose. We are not there to compete with anyone else but to improve our own fitness levels. We are there to help motivate, encourage and help you on the way.
Should I do some type of exercise before starting?
No, we are designed as the starting block for your fitness journey.
Every participant works at their own pace, there's no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
You can adapt every workout for your level of fitness. Want a longer break? Take it, there's no judging here.

How do I join?
You will need purchase a pass or membership for each session. Click here
Once you have obtained a pass you will need to book each session you wish to attend.
As we have a limited number of places per session, pre-booking is a must.

Then just arrive 5-10 mins before boot camp begins, set up your mat, water bottle and towel in any of the zones and get ready to start.
Do I need to wear a mask?
During the workout itself you will not need to wear a mask as you will be a 2-meter distance from any other participant.
However as you enter and leave the session please wear your mask.
How about sanitising?
All equiptment is sanitised before and after the session.
Each station will be provided with a sanitiser spray bottle and cloth. Each participant will be required to wipe down equipment after use ready for the next person.
What do we do in Boot Camp?
Our Boot Camps are designed for fat loss, get you lean and get your fitness levels through the roof!
We use several different training techniques to get you optimal results, but our main focus is High Intensity Interval Training. This type of training involves maximum effort for a short burst, with a set rest period. This will get your heart rate up while burning more fat in less time! We focus on functional bodyweight movements which will get you faster, more agile, increase fitness levels and prevent/eliminate injuries. Technique is extremely important to us, so be assured, after training with us you will confident and comfortable will all exercises!
How many people are in each session?
We have limited each class to 20 participants.
Once this class is full we will open up an additional time slots, stay tuned.
Can I just turn up to a session?
No, we have entered a new "normal" which means all of our sessions need to be pre booked in order to guarantee your spot.
If you book a time slot and don't show up, this will be charged as an attended session as we have reserved the space for you.
What if I'm late?
The session will start on time so you will need to be set up and ready to go on time. Please arrive 5-10mins before the start time to sign in and set up.
If you are late, you will need to make sure you've warmed up before joining in to avoid injuries.
More than 10 minutes late will be too late to join in the session.

Can I purchase a pass at the session?
Our memberships have to be purchased via our website,
We will have QR codes available in boot camp (simply load up the camera on your phone, hover over the code and this will provide you with a direct link)

Is there VAT?
Yes, 5% VAT is added to each pass as required by law.
